Returns & Warranties

We understand that there may be situations where you need to return an item. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can assist you with the process.

All returned items must be sent via tracked postage or courier. Without a valid tracking number, the sender accepts full responsibility if the item does not reach us. Returns that are not received by us will not qualify for a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind / Incorrect Orders

Please choose carefully before placing your order. We do not normally provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

However, you may be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit if the item:

  • Is faulty
  • Has been incorrectly described
  • Differs from the product shown on the website
  • Does not perform as intended

All returned items must be:

  • In brand new and unused condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Complete with all parts and accessories

If returned items are not received in brand new condition, they may be sent back to you once the redelivery cost has been paid.

Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Missing Items

All orders leave our warehouse in brand new and undamaged condition.

If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts, we will gladly replace the item or provide a full refund if replacement stock is unavailable. We will also reimburse reasonable return shipping costs incurred in returning the item to us. Please email us a copy of your shipping receipt for reimbursement.

Claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 2 business days of receiving your order. We strongly recommend inspecting your order immediately upon arrival.

Before returning the item, please:

  • Take clear photographs of the damage
  • Email the photos to us

This is required for insurance, courier, and warehouse reporting purposes.

Faulty Items & Manufacturer Warranty

Your purchase is protected under Australian Consumer Law, and these rights cannot be excluded.

All products sold by DC Power Automotive Solutions are backed by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us so we can guide you through the warranty process. Depending on the manufacturer’s warranty terms and stock availability, we will:

  • Repair the item
  • Replace the item
  • Or provide a refund (excluding original delivery costs)

We are committed to working with you to resolve warranty issues as quickly and fairly as possible.
